ASSISTANT ENGINEER RECRUITMENT 2020
Chattisgarh Public Service Commission (CGPSC) has issued a notice for Combined State Engineering Services Examination to be held in 2020 for the post of Assistant Engineer (AE). The total number of vacancies for Assistant Engineer is 89. Candidates who can apply for these posts must possess minimum B.Tech / B.E. degree from the respective branches (Civil, Electrical and Mechanical). Final year students are not eligible for these posts.
Eligible candidates will have to appear for two papers consisting of 150 questions each and the maximum marks scored will be 300.The time alloted for both the papers is 2.5 hours.There will be no negative marking in the examination.

PAY SCALE
Once the students are selected they will be appointed as Assistant Engineer for a probation period of two years and after that they will be employed permanently.
The basic salary will lie between Rs.15,600/- to Rs.39,100/- with a Grade Pay of Rs 5400/-.
