ESE 2020 MAINS EXAMINATION DATE ANNOUNCED

UPSC has released a notice for ESE 2020 exam schedule.

Engineering Services Examination (ESE) is conducted for the recruitment of posts of engineering departments of the Central Public Works Department, Ministry of Telecommunication and Information Technology, Geological Survey of India, Ministry of Railways, Military Engineer Services, and in many others. Engineering Services Examination (ESE) is conducted by Union Public Service Commission (UPSC). Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) also conducts Civil services examination for numerous jobs like Indian Administrative Service (IAS), Indian Police Service (IPS) and Indian Foreign Service (IFS).

ESE is a three stage examination: Preliminary examination, Mains examination and Interview round. ESE 2020 preliminary exam was held on January 5, 2020 and Mains was scheduled for June 28, 2020. But due to the worldwide spread COVID19, Mains exam was postponed until the further notice. But now UPSC has released a notice for ESE 2020 exam schedule.

Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) is now going to conduct the ESE 2020 Mains on October 18, 2020 and Combined Geo-Scientist Mains examination 2020 on October 17 and October 18, 2020.

Also, the candidates willing to change the examination centre can now submit their request from September 8, 2020 to September 13, 2020 (till 06:00 PM). The candidates are advised to visit the official website of Union Public Service Commission: https://upsconline.nic.in/
