CIL is going to recruit Management Trainees (Engineering Graduates) on the basis of GATE 2021 score in various technical streams as per availability of vacancies. The number of vacancies shall be declared in the detailed advertisement. The detailed advertisement will be published in 2021 in Employment News section of CIL website www.coalindia.in and National Career Service Portal of Ministry of Labour & Employment, Govt. of India. Candidates, who are interested in joining as Management Trainees in 2021 have to appear in GATE 2021 examination.
Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) is a national examination conducted jointly by Indian Institute of Science (IISc) Bangalore and seven Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs) at Bombay, Delhi, Guwahati, Kanpur, Kharagpur, Madras and Roorkee on behalf of National Coordination Board (NCB)-GATE, Department of Higher Education, Ministry of Education (MoE), Government of India. GATE examination is a Computer Based Test (CBT).
